Empowering Knowledge
We'll connect online for interactive sessions covering physiological birth education and evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions. We will also explore comfort techniques and relaxation through Hypnobirthing. I will teach you about pelvis anatomy and birth positions using Biomechanics to ensure smooth journey for baby.
Birth Planning
Feeling overwhelmed by birth plan options? Together, we'll craft a birth plan that reflects your desires and preferences, ensuring you feel confident in your choices. We can also plan for when things take a different turn so you are prepared and still feel in the drivers seat.
Birth reflection
A session in the postnatal period where you can chat through your birth and how you feel things went. Also any questions you may have in this period we can work through together. I can also offer signposting to additional resources or support if you feel like it’s something you would benefit from.
